The always funny Dan Wilbur, creator of the hilarious site Better Book Titles, presents the live show inspired by his creation. It’s free, it has a great lineup and it’s conveniently located in the continental United States. So, in other words, be there or be the kind of square who stays home reading a book to your cat.
Here’s the info:

About Housing Works: Housing Works Bookstore Cafe is one of downtown New York’s most vital cultural institutions, presenting an eclectic mix of events — from readings and concerts to comedy nights and storytelling competitions – featuring many of today’s most exciting artists. The bookstore is staffed almost entirely by volunteers and 100 percent of its profits go to Housing Works, Inc., which provides housing, healthcare, job training, and advocacy for New Yorkers living with HIV/AIDS. As an independent cultural center, it offers patrons a unique opportunity to join the fight against AIDS and homelessness simply by buying or donating books; eating at our cafe; coming to concerts, readings, and special events; or volunteering on our staff.
About Better Book Titles: A website devoted to revising classics and contemporary books with new humorous titles (Hamlet become “Ghost Dad”; The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo becomes “This is The First Book I’ve Read in Six Years”) Betterbooktitles.com has been featured in Glamour, Details, Entertainment Weekly, The New Yorker, Huffington Post, BBC Radio and NPR. The book version of Better Book Titles will be published with Perigee (a Penguin imprint) in the fall of 2012.
