The nice thing about the most famous neighbor of all time, Fred Rogers, was that he never really bothered anyone. Aside from the population of that puppet kingdom, of course, but they were as weird as he was.

In contrast, friendly neighbor Katina Corrao bothers everyone. She WILL get you in the neighborly spirit even if she has to drag you there kicking and screaming.

Perhaps the people in her building need to look into getting Katina her own private puppet kingdom. But until then, her neighbors (such as guest stars Ilana Glazer and Eliot Glazer) will have to make do with the nicest creepy neighbor since the man in the sweater vest took the great trolley to the sky.
