Comedy group Meatsteak is putting on a full-length play at Webster Hall this Tuesday night that critics have been raving about: “Come thinking the show is a meat tasting event…leave hungry but laughing!” (courtesy of New York Times Review of Meat, pg. 17)

Meatsteak is made up of standup comics Danny Solomon, Neal Stastny, Nick Maritato, Robert Dean, Tom Sibley, Nate Fernald, Steve O’Brie, featuring Dan St. Germain, Alice Wetterlund and Zach Broussard.

MEATSTEAK IS DEAD is directed/produced by Sachi Ezura. The show is hosted by Mark Normand and features standup from special guests Joe Mande (Look at this Fucking Hipster) and Nick Vatterot (Late Night with Jimmy Fallon).

The play is about four friends who are horribly murdered, and must find out the hard way what fate awaits them in the mysterious (and wacky!) afterlife. Combining stage performance and video segments, MEATSTEAK IS DEAD could be the first thing to make you feel alive since your beloved cat Mittens died. Probably even more alive than that backstabbing mooch Mittens ever made you feel, to be honest.
