Karl Goes To China

You may know cartoon version of Karl Pilkington from The Ricky Gervais Show. But what you may not know is that his perfectly round head is not only made of ink and paper but also of flesh and bone and now has its own show. Ricky Gervais and his partner Stephen Merchant also know that Karl is a bit of a xenophob and also hates to travel, so they sent him to see the Seven Wonders of the World.

The show is called An Idiot Abroad, which is a simplistic way of describing Karl. There is no word to accurately describe him, there’s never been anyone whose mind works quite like his. Years from now people that think and act like him will be labeled Pilkingtonish or Pilky or Pilkish, or maybe just called a Karl.

The show currently airs The Science Channel on Saturdays at 10pm. Although if you’re interested in watching a show on The Science Channel then you should be smart enough to find full episodes on YouTube like I did, and I’m a bit Pilkish.
