Web Video: “Has Halloween Become Overcommerciallized?” (from The ONN)
There’s a war against Halloween. Oh, it’s not a story you’ll see in the liberal media. But it’s happening, and as this Onion video indicates, it’s hell bent on turning a holy holiday into nothing but a secular pageant of candy and costumes.
When this kid took the dance floor at this wedding with a foxy lady, he showed all the men in the room how it’s done. This kid could be a coach on Dancing with the Stars, a contestant on America’s Got Talent, and still have plenty of left over time for the cougars.
Broad City, the web series created by and starring comedians Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson, became a breakout hit in 2010 and has been going strong ever since. Now, two years later, it is in development to become a half-hour TV series and the duo have an exciting new monthly show at the UCB premiering tonight (2/8).
