With global warming such a burning issue, it’s high time media pundits acknowledged the importance of running a “greener” war in Iraq (as seen in this Onion News Network video). Comedysmack’s suggestion for a planet-safe method of torture? 2007′s Heartbreak Kid remake (in eco-friendly DVD packaging, of course).

Broad City, the web series created by and starring comedians Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson, became a breakout hit in 2010 and has been going strong ever since. Now, two years later, it is in development to become a half-hour TV series and the duo have an exciting new monthly show at the UCB premiering tonight (2/8).
